阿公的田地 奪高年級散文冠軍
中國時報【康鴻志╱桃園報導】
2015年兒童文學創作獎9日在八德區大勇國小舉行頒獎典禮，慈文國小同學劉冠熙，以「阿公的田地」描寫兒時記憶，表達濃濃的祖孫情，榮獲高年級散文組第1名。市教育局表示，45篇得獎作品將彙集成「桃園市兒童文學專輯」出版，藉此帶動學童寫作、閱讀風氣，提升語文能力。
兒童文學創作獎分成童詩、童話故事、少年小說、散文低年級組、散文中年級組、散文高年級組，今年共180篇作品參賽，其中新埔國小老師李威使繼去年《冥王星男孩》獲得少年小說組冠軍，今年又以「河堤上的天才夢」連霸，藝術工作者張英?同樣在童話故事類稱霸，成為近兩屆最大贏家。
擁有15年教學經驗的李威使表示，《河》一文創作靈感來源，來自統一獅球員張志強，引退回饋鄉里的報導，讓他憶起在花蓮秀林國小3年多的教學生涯，創作的目的除了透過生活的觀察及體驗，鼓勵在困境中力爭上游的孩子，也期待藉創作讓更多人思考現行體制可以為弱勢生做些什麼。
榮獲高年級散文組第1名的慈文國小劉冠熙，以「阿公的田地」描寫自己的兒時記憶中，不但表達祖孫的情感，也將阿公的田地擬人化成阿公的守護神，刻劃出堅忍不拔的精神及對大地依戀的情感，豐富描述獲得評審一致認同。
