阿姆快嘴飆出8818字彙 樂史No.1

饒舌天王阿姆，自1999年專輯《The Slim Shady LP》暴紅以來，靠非傳統押韻方式與連珠炮快嘴，締造15座葛萊美獎的輝煌成績，留下超越膚色的嘻哈樂史地位；據CNN報導，阿姆逾１億零500萬張專輯銷售量高居饒舌歌手之冠，新研究更發現，阿姆還是樂史中字彙最豐富的「歌詞魔人」。
Musixmatch網站日前針對25種音樂類型最暢銷的93位歌手，進行比較，每位歌手選取歌詞字數最多的百首作品，再統計歌曲中使用字彙；阿姆作品使用8818個不同字彙，高居榜首，傑斯則以6899個字彙排名第２；1996年遭槍殺身亡的2Pac以6596字排名第３，肯伊威斯特則名列第４。
93位歌手的平均字彙數是2677個字，饒舌歌手因作品特性霸占排行榜前４名，讓名列第５的民謠搖滾老將巴布狄倫的地位「更顯獨特」；不過樂史專輯銷售的前３強披頭四、貓王、麥可傑克森，歌曲用字變化都不大，分別排名76、38、42，證明琅琅上口才是音樂銷售王道。
