防疫網 愈拉愈大 公費流感疫苗 國、高中生可施打

公費流感疫苗對象再放寬，國、高中生首次納入。衛生福利部疾病管制署表示，除了先前已宣布年滿50歲民眾可以施打流感疫苗外，再進一步納入國、高中生及生產完6個月內婦女等，將國內所有壯年及青少年民眾都納入防疫網，適用期也將延長一個月到四月底，預防流感疫情。
疾管署副署長周志浩表示，初估擴大接種之後多出的經費需求約6至7億，需採購疫苗總劑量至少615萬劑，若是預算通過，將會是國內有史以來最大規模的季節性流感疫苗接種。
衛福部傳染病防治諮詢會預防接種組召集人、台大醫學院小兒科副教授李秉穎表示，公費流感疫苗的接種對象，除了染病的高危險群的老年人及幼童外，像是小學、國中到高中的學生，也是在校園、家庭間傳染的高傳播族群。
但由於過去受限於經費，只能讓小學生先打公費疫苗，這一波將國、高中生納入公費疫苗族群後，勢必能有助阻斷社區感染。
疾管署決議，將在下個流感季放寬接種對象條件，按優先接種順序分別為未滿50歲高風險慢性病患及高BMI（≧30）者、生產完6個月內婦女、50至64歲健康成人及13至18歲青少年（國、高中生）等。
李秉穎說，美國早在2010年即推動全民接種，做的比台灣還全面，但接種率仍不及台灣，未來也不排除派醫護進校園接種，相信接種率會比現行的13％還高。
李秉穎表示，目前國內A型流感疫情已漸降溫，但B型流感感染人數卻依舊持平，近日氣候忽冷忽熱，民眾還是要提高警覺，若出現流感症狀要盡速就醫。
此外，由於外界擔心流感疫情超過3月還會延燒，抗病毒藥物將恢復自費，不利於防疫，疾管署也宣布本流感季公費流感抗病毒藥劑（克流感、瑞樂沙）擴大使用條件適用期延長1個月，自3月31日延長至4月30日。
